Ranked among the outstanding securities for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

performance, along with company performance, the Thaipat Institute selected a total of 100 securities.

Received a Corporate Governance Rating (CGR) of Excellence Level or Five Star for 2024

based on the Thai Listed Companies Corporate Governance Survey conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).

The Company received the results of the quality assessment for the Annual General Meeting. The Company achieved a full score of 100

with the score falling within “Excellent”, Thai Investors Association.
